What are the dates of the next Jumping event?

From Thursday February 1 to Sunday February 4, 2024.

    

Where will the competition take place?

At the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre. The competition will take place in Hall 3, as in previous editions.

    

Is there a public transport link to the show?

Tramway line C serves the Parc des Expositions (Porte B). A pedestrian route and shuttle service are organized from Porte B of the Parc des Expositions de Bordeaux to the Jumping entrance, Hall 1, bay 20.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes, a covered and lit parking lot is available to visitors free of charge. This parking lot is not guarded.

   

What special arrangements are there for people with disabilities?

PRM parking spaces close to the public entrance (access via Porte H), adapted reception desk, reserved seating in the grandstand accessible by ramp, restaurant, bar service with terrace, adapted sanitary facilities.

   

Can I leave the stands and return during the session?

Yes, you'll need to present your electronic ticket for scanning on your way out and on your way back in. Please note that tickets not scanned on exit are considered as definitive exit from the grandstands.

    

Is there free access to the Salon du Cheval de Bordeaux?

From 2019, Jumping l'Expo becomes the Salon du Cheval de Bordeaux with an even richer program of events, demonstrations and initiations.

Access is :

  • Freely if you have a competition and/or show ticket.
  • Unlimited during the 4 days.

At a cost of €12 incl. VAT if you only wish to visit the Bordeaux Horse Show - €6 incl. VAT for members and children aged 6/12.

This ticket is valid for 1 day.

    

Are dogs accepted?

Only dogs accompanying a disabled person are accepted.

    

Is there a cloakroom/locker room?

No, there are no checkrooms or lockers.

When and how do I book my ticket?

We advise you to book your place online via the online ticketing service, which will be available in mid-October.

   

Is there a reduced rate?

A preferential rate is granted to licensed riders, and a group rate is applied when more than 10 places are booked for the same session. Associations Works councils over...

The licensee rate is only available for Category I and only for Thursday and Friday Day Sessions.

When booking, to access the licensee rate, select CATEGORY I and choose your seat(s). Then, in the details of your order, modify the rate by selecting "Licensee rate" and validate.

   

From what age do children pay?

As long as the child is young enough (maximum 4 years old) to watch the races on a parent's lap, there's no need to reserve a ticket.

   

Can I cancel my ticket?

It is possible to cancel your ticket until November 30, 2023. BEAM will reimburse your order, excluding handling fees and minus a cancellation fee of €30 per order.

Partial cancellations are not possible.

After November 30, 2023, no refund will be made.

How do I make a group reservation?

For a minimum of 10 places, group reservations can only be made by telephone.

   

Do I have to enter my license number when purchasing?

The licensee number is checked.

   

Are strollers allowed in the Jumping grandstands?  

Strollers are not allowed in the Jumping international grandstands.
