AND HORSE FAIR 2026
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to individual sales, packs, season tickets and combined offers, and to all booking methods (by phone, post, in person or online), except in the specific cases mentioned below in these terms and conditions. Bordeaux Events And More (hereinafter referred to as BEAM) entrusts Ticketchainer with online sales and the management of the corresponding data.
Please note:
Prior to any transaction, the customer expressly acknowledges having read the terms and conditions of sale and accepts them without reservation by clicking on the ‘I accept Terms and conditions of sale’ button. Furthermore, by doing so, the customer acknowledges that they have legal capacity or that they have the authorisation of the person authorised to validate this commitment.
BEAM draws the internet user's attention to the importance of reading these general terms and conditions of sale in full.
The tickets offered below are strictly personal. They are sold subject to availability and are valid from 5 to 8 February 2026 for the Jumping International of Bordeaux, as indicated on the ticket. A ticket purchased for a session includes access to the Horse Fair during the four days it is open to the public.
For the first order, and in order to personalise each customer's account, an email address and password must be provided when filling in their details.
The email address and password will be requested from the customer each time they log in to access their personal space, ‘My Account’, accessible at the top of the first page of the online sales interface. They are strictly personal and confidential, and the customer is responsible for their use. If the username and/or password is lost or forgotten, a specific link or code allows the customer to create a new password.
The prices indicated on the ticket are in euros and include all taxes. All orders are payable in euros.
BEAM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these modifications will not affect orders that have already been paid for.
Certain special offers may only be available for a limited time and/or through certain sales channels.
Reduced prices from the grandstand ticket office apply for Thursday Day, Thursday Evening, Friday Day, and Saturday Day sessions in category 2 only. They are valid for:

An administration fee of €10 including VAT will be applied to sales by post, phone and on site sales (at the BEAM offices).
Prices include a donation of €1 made by BEAM to Hope association, a non-profit organisation that supports women with cancer through equine therapy, based at 150 chemin de la Vy du Puits, 74 140 Saint Cergues. No tax receipt will be issued for this donation.
Reservations made on the website are processed in real time. Users select their desired seat(s) from the remaining available seats. However, for technical and/or organisational reasons, BEAM may, in exceptional circumstances, be required to change the location of the seats allocated. On the website, the location of seats on the map is provided for information purposes only. The grandstand map does not constitute a contractual commitment on the part of BEAM regarding the actual location of the seats allocated. Furthermore, BEAM cannot be held responsible for any incorrect handling by the user during the purchase process.
For reservations made by post, the allocation of specific seats in the stands cannot be guaranteed. However, BEAM will endeavour to comply with requests as far as possible. Reservations will only be effective and final upon receipt of full payment for the order.
For phone bookings, BEAM cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding between the operator and the customer. Bookings will only be effective and final upon receipt of full payment for the order.
The following categories are eligible for free admission:
For online and phone bookings, only credit card payments are accepted. The list of accepted credit cards is displayed before proceeding to payment.
For bookings made by post, payment can be made by bank cheque or postal cheque, made payable to BEAM. No seats will be reserved until payment has been received.
For bookings made at the BEAM offices, payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard), bank or postal cheque, or cash.
All credit card payments are debited upon final confirmation of the order.
Any payment method not specified in these terms and conditions of sale will be refused by BEAM.
The website is protected by a security system.
The information collected is processed electronically to enable the contract to be performed. It is stored in accordance with the legal time limits imposed on Bordeaux Events And More with regard to its tax and social security obligations. It may also be used for commercial purposes for subsequent operations by the direct marketing department of Bordeaux Events And More (dataprotection@beam.fr) for a period of six years from the date on which the information was collected. The recipient of the data is Bordeaux Events And More SAS. In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Customer has the right to access, rectify or erase, as well as the right to restrict, transfer and object to the use of information concerning them, which they may exercise by contacting BEAM SAS, Data Protection Officer, rue Jean Samazeuilh, CS 20088 – 33070 Bordeaux Cedex or dpo@beam.fr. In the event of a complaint to which BEAM has not provided a satisfactory response, you may contact the “Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés” (French Data Protection Authority), which is responsible for ensuring compliance with personal data obligations.
Online ticket orders are only definitively guaranteed once the e-tickets appear in the ‘My Account’ section, detailing the steps to be taken to print the ticket(s). Ticketchainer's automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature, content and date of the booking. Any booking confirmed by the customer by clicking on the ‘confirm’ button constitutes a definitive and irrevocable booking commitment by the customer, without prejudice to the cancellation and refund conditions defined in Article 8.
No right of withdrawal: ‘In accordance with Article L 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal’, except where Article 8 of these same general terms and conditions of sale applies.

Pre-sales at BEAM offices and on-site sales
For those who do not have access to a computer or the means to print their tickets, these can be print on site at the Jumping ticket office from the day the event opens. Proof of identity and the order confirmation or receipt will be required in order to issue these tickets.
Tickets will not be sent by post.
Any transfer of tickets outside the conditions provided for by BEAM, via the resale platform described in Article 8.1 of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, is prohibited, pursuant to Article L 313-6-2 of the Penal Code, and may be punishable by a fine of €15,000, which may be increased to €30,000 in the event of a repeat offence.
PLEASE NOTE: The organiser is not obliged to verify the identity of the person presenting the ticket at the checkpoint, nor the authenticity of the ticket. For this reason, if the ticket holder is refused access to the event, they will not be entitled to a refund of the price paid.
For any complaint in the event of a problem encountered by the purchaser during the purchase process (from ordering to printing), it is the purchaser's responsibility to provide proof of purchase. BEAM reserves the right to decide whether or not to respond to the request. BEAM also declines all responsibility in the event of negligence on the part of the purchaser, in the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use of the ticket.
About the Horse Fair:
Admission to the Horse Fair is subject to a fee (information available on the jumping-bordeaux.com website).
The purchase of a grandstand ticket grants free admission to the Horse Fair. However, the purchase of a ticket to the Horse Fair does not grant access to the grandstands.
In accordance with Articles L 224-59 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for purchases made at this commercial event, unless the sales contract is accompanied by an offer of special-purpose credit (Art. L 224-62 of the French Consumer Code) or unless the purchase results from a personal invitation to visit the stand to collect a gift.
A full cancellation of the booking, i.e. all tickets purchased, is possible until 30 November 2025. BEAM will refund the order excluding administrative fees, minus a cancellation fee of €30 (including VAT) per order. No partial cancellations of orders are possible. After 30 November 2025, no refunds will be made.

BEAM undertakes to refund the customer within a maximum of 40 days, including the donation to the Hope association mentioned in Article 2.2.
From 1 December 2025, BEAM will provide ticket buyers for the Jumping International of Bordeaux with a platform designed to connect buyers and sellers for the resale of tickets. The platform will allow users to search for tickets offered for sale by sellers.
Only valid tickets may be offered for sale. Purchased tickets may be resold at no more than their purchase price. Mandatory transaction fees will be applied to both the seller and the buyer.
BEAM may decide at any time, without compensation or notice, to terminate the resale of tickets on the platform or to make any changes to it.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to use the mediation service offered by BEAM free of charge under the conditions set out in Article L 612-2 of the same code. The ‘consumer law’ mediator thus proposed is SOCIETE MEDIATION PROFESSIONNELLE. This mediation service can be contacted electronically at https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr/ or by post at Société Médiation Professionnelle Alteritae – 5, rue Salvaing, 12 000 Rodez.
All persons attending the Jumping International of Bordeaux grant BEAM, free of charge, worldwide and for the legal duration of copyright protection, the right to use, exploit and represent their image and voice on any medium related to the event, such as photographs, live broadcasts on giant screens, live or recorded television broadcasts, video and/or audio broadcasts and recordings, these rights being freely transferable by Bordeaux Events And More to any third party of its choice. de son choix.
Ticket sales referred to herein are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Bordeaux Magistrates' Court shall have sole jurisdiction.
Appendix: Exhibition Centre Rules and Regulations
The purpose of these regulations is to define the conditions of access, occupancy and shared use of the Exhibition Centre, the Conference Centre at Hangar 14 and the Cité Mondiale de Bordeaux Conference Centre, both in terms of health and safety and the operating rules specific to each site. They apply to all areas, facilities and buildings operated by Bordeaux Events and More, hereinafter referred to as ‘the operator’.
These regulations do not replace the general and specific terms and conditions of sale, the safety specifications or any other document relating to safety rules.
In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, Bordeaux Events and More reserves the right to exclude the person or persons in breach from the site and, if necessary, to call on the police.
Subsequent amendments may be made to the regulations in the interests of the safety of persons and property.
These regulations apply to all users:
Only vehicles and/or persons connected with the site's activities and authorised by the operator may enter and drive on the site's roads and park in the designated spaces.
Access will take place at the times scheduled by the organisers, in consultation with the operator.
Anyone present for an event during an ongoing event (artists, technicians, journalists, production staff and their service providers, subcontractors, etc.) must wear a visible identification badge.
For paid events, all visitors must be in possession of an admission ticket (paid ticket or invitation). Anyone without a ticket will be refused access to the site or venues.
Spectators are required to respect the seat numbering when the show is not open seating and must follow the instructions of the venue staff.
Unless otherwise stated, any exit from the area where the event is taking place is final.
Organisers, exhibitors and visitors are required to comply with the operator's rules and instructions regarding vehicle traffic and parking within the site or its outbuildings.
Unless expressly authorised by the operator, motorised traffic is only permitted on the traffic lanes and in the car parks provided for this purpose.
Vehicles are expressly prohibited from entering the buildings.
Safety perimeters and access routes must remain free of any structures, deposits, materials, equipment or vehicles of any kind.
Access to building facades, water points and fire hydrants must be kept clear at all times, which means that during opening hours, no vehicles may be parked in the immediate vicinity of building facades or in front of access doors, emergency exits and lorry doors.
The Highway Code applies to all vehicles, which must travel at a very low speed allowing them to stop immediately in all circumstances, in accordance with the traffic plan in force on the site.
Visitors and exhibitors are asked to refrain from any aggressive or insulting behaviour, any attitude and/or clothing that is contrary to good manners or likely to inconvenience other users and staff on site.
In order to guarantee the quality of the welcome and to keep all areas of the premises in good condition, including the toilets and green spaces, it is forbidden to write on or put posters on any property, furniture or buildings, or to throw rubbish on the floor.
It is forbidden to use the site's spaces or equipment in a manner that is not in accordance with their intended purpose and, in general, to undertake any action that may cause damage to the premises, equipment and facilities, including the site's plants and decorative elements.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining order in the facilities they occupy. They undertake to take the necessary measures to ensure that visitors do not cause any damage.
The site is equipped with waste collection points for sorting waste. It is strictly forbidden to deposit any objects or waste outside these collection points.
The use of noisy devices (radios, musical instruments, etc.) is prohibited on the site. Mobile phones must be set to silent mode in areas designated for conferences, shows or concerts.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining order in the facilities they occupy. They undertake to take the necessary measures to ensure that visitors do not cause any damage.
In accordance with Article L 3512-8 of the Public Health Code, which sets out the conditions for enforcing the smoking ban in public places, smoking and vaping are prohibited on the premises, particularly in all covered structures (buildings, marquees, etc.).
Exhibitors are responsible for taking the necessary measures to enforce this ban on their stands.
Organisers, exhibitors and visitors undertake to apply and comply with the provisions of the Public Health Code relating to the authorisation of temporary drinking establishments and those relating to the prevention of public drunkenness and the protection of minors.
All alcohol consumption must comply with the law and be in moderation. Behaviour likely to disturb the peace and public order will not be tolerated.
It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs onto the site or to use them there, under penalty of permanent exclusion.
Animals are strictly prohibited from entering the buildings, with the exception of assistance dogs for disabled persons. Depending on the specific requirements of the event, animals may be permitted for display purposes.
Food preparation is prohibited in the catering areas; only reheating is permitted.
All access doors may only be opened by an employee of the operator.
No keys to the buildings will be given to organisers, exhibitors or subcontractors.
Organisers, exhibitors, subcontractors and visitors are prohibited from accessing the technical premises.
To control staff access during set-up, dismantling and operation periods, as well as to ensure the security of equipment on display outside public opening hours, organisers are strongly advised to arrange for security services. These must be provided by a security company approved by the operator.
For reasons of safety, fire safety, the proper functioning of emergency services in the event of an emergency, or to ensure the proper functioning of public services, organisers, exhibitors, service providers and visitors must strictly comply with the instructions of the safety and fire personnel present on site.
This staff is also responsible for taking the necessary action in the event of an incident, accident, fire, violence, evacuation of buildings, and for enforcing these regulations.
The organisers shall be responsible for all operations necessary for the smooth running of the event, in particular controlling access to the premises, so that the public can move around in conditions of optimum order and safety and so that the number of people entering the premises is always in accordance with the regulatory or contractual capacity of the premises.
The organisers undertake to refuse entry or to expel any person or group of persons whose presence or behaviour is detrimental to the safety of property and persons or to the tranquillity or image of the site.
For reasons of personal safety and to protect public property, security personnel on site may ask anyone to open their bag and show its contents at the entrance, exit or anywhere else on site. These measures may be systematic and mandatory during periods of heightened security, particularly in the context of the Vigipirate plan.
All persons are required to comply with security checks at the entrance to the site or area where an event is being held, which may involve being searched by specialist personnel. Any person who refuses to comply with the control measures will be refused entry to the site or the area where an event is being held, or will be expelled.
The security team, with its minimum staffing levels, will be under the sole responsibility of the operator.
The fire safety service is responsible for ensuring public safety in the event of fire and panic. To this end, its duties in the field include:
Any instructions given by a member of the security service must be implemented immediately.
Visitors and exhibitors are asked to notify security personnel by calling 05 56 11 88 88, the site's emergency number, or by activating the fire alarm, in the event of any accident or illness affecting a person. Unless you have specific medical qualifications, do not touch the person until help arrives.
In the event of a major incident that jeopardises the safety of personnel present in the establishment, such as a significant technical problem, fire, bomb threat or discovery of a suspicious package, the evacuation of the building will be triggered by an audible alarm. To ensure that the evacuation is carried out as quickly and safely as possible, visitors and staff present must immediately and calmly make their way to the emergency exits provided for this purpose, where they will be guided outside by security personnel.

Depending on the event, the list of items mentioned above may be extended to include any item that could endanger the health of others.
Items found during events organised by BEAM can be handed in to a member of BEAM staff. Lost items can be reported on the event website under the ‘practical information’ section. Lost property will be kept available for collection by its owners for a period of two months before being destroyed or donated.
All users of the Exhibition Centre and Palais 2 l'Atlantique are informed that for security reasons, to prevent damage to property and harm to persons, and to prevent acts of terrorism, a video surveillance system has been installed around the access points and halls of the Exhibition Centre, implemented by BEAM. The right to access the images may be exercised by contacting the Legal Director of BEAM, whose contact details are provided at the end of these regulations. The recorded images are automatically deleted after the legal period of thirty days, except in cases of flagrante delicto, preliminary investigation or judicial inquiry. An internal BEAM procedure defines the persons authorised to view and use the images.
During the term of the concession, the organiser or exhibitor shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the spaces made available to them. They undertake to use them reasonably and to comply with the site operating regulations.
As soon as the premises are made available to them, they become custodians within the meaning of Article 1242 of the Civil Code, which stipulates that a person is liable not only for damage caused by their own actions, but also for damage caused by the actions of persons for whom they are responsible, or by objects in their custody.
To cover the various civil and contractual liabilities they incur towards the operator, the organisers and exhibitors undertake to take out insurance, upon signing the booking contract and for the entire duration of the agreement, for sufficient sums against bodily injury, material damage and consequential loss of any kind that they may cause by their own actions or through the actions of persons for whom they are responsible.
The movement and parking of vehicles of any kind on the site is the sole responsibility and at the risk of their owners.
The operator accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to a vehicle as a result of bad weather (rain, hail, snow, flooding, etc.) or other users.
The operator also declines all responsibility in the event of damage, accidents or theft of any kind that may occur during the parking period and concerning both vehicles and accessories.
All drivers are required to report to the operator any damage they cause to the site's facilities (posts, lampposts, fire hydrants, doors, fences, etc.).
Organisers, exhibitors, service providers and visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator accepts no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal belongings.
In the course of their duties, the operator or its representative and security services have access to all premises on the site at all times.

The operator accepts no responsibility for any accident occurring as a result of a breach of these rules and may take legal action against offenders in the event of a confirmed breach.
All occupants, whether organisers, exhibitors, service providers, visitors or any other persons under their responsibility, are required to comply with these regulations and must read and comply with the safety instructions and signs displayed in the buildings on the site, as well as any instructions that may be broadcast over the site's public address system.
