Launched in 2014 for the first time in France by the Jumping International de Bordeaux as part of a top-level event, this indoor cross-country brings together the best competitors in a breathtaking challenge.
The public shows boundless enthusiasm for the stars of Indoor Cross, a discipline that, like show jumping, holds the Olympic champion title! Traditionally practiced in vast natural settings such as the Domaine de Sers in Pau, this sport has been reimagined in a format designed to deliver an unforgettable show—even indoors.
The Indoor Cross-Country course stretches over approximately one kilometer and includes around twenty obstacles inspired by a traditional cross-country event. The cleverly condensed layout makes use of the international arena, the warm-up paddock, and the connecting alleyway.
Many top names in the discipline have enjoyed taking on the challenge of this hybrid event, which blends elements of classic cross-country with a show jumping speed course.
