Pony Derby by Devoucoux

The event 

The derby takes place on the international track (35 x 79 m). It is made up of around 5 fixed obstacles and 5 mobile obstacles.
The obstacles include fences, half-rounds, a keyhole jump, a bank and a few show jumping obstacles. Max. height of the fixed section: 60 cm.
Derby Cross Club 3 event, open exclusively to B ponies and children aged under 14.
“Barème A” time trial.
Distance: between 400 m and 600 m.

Requirements:
- Up-to-date 2026 FFE competition licence
- Cross-country clothing compulsory (helmet, cross-country protective vest, bib, medical form).
- Qualification at the Lège Cap Ferret qualifying event(see qualifying conditions).
- Maximum age in the 2026 year: 14.
Requirements:
- Category B pony aged 4 or over (declared B on the FFE website), fully registered, OC (parentage known) or ONC (grade horse).
- One pony per rider.
- Pony identification booklet required (vaccinations up to date).
- Where possible, ponies must be shorn on the day of the event.

The 12 best couples in the Derby Cross Club 3 qualifying event in Lège Cap Ferret on December 14, 2025 (Competition No. 2611476) will qualify for the Derby Poneys by DEVOUCOUX event at the Bordeaux International Show Jumping Competition.
Pairs wishing to participate must register with j.chalot@beam.fr before December 8, 2025 (rider's name, pony's name, license number, and pony's SIRE number).
*Registration for the qualifying event in Lège Cap Ferret: each rider registers directly for the Derby Cross Club 3 event via FFE SIF.
Registration will be done automatically by Jumping International de Bordeaux based on the results of the qualifying event (taking into account which riders wish to participate).
Please ensure that:
1. riders have their 2026 LFC up to date
2. pony owners have their 2026 LFC up to date
3. payment is made via the HelloAsso website before December 31.
